Pierre Capdeville took over the farm from his mother Monique Valenti with the same passion and kindness. The Chèvrerie de Lanauze makes excellent cheeses from the milk of a herd of alpine goats: fresh or ripened goat cheese, cabécou, and tomme, as well as yoghurts and sweet curds. Here, everything is guaranteed GMO and pesticide free. You can find the production on Saturday mornings on the market of Marmande, as well as the honey made on the property (acacia honey, chestnut honey, summer and spring honeys).
