But regulars can rest assured that the restaurant will retain the friendly atmosphere they've come to appreciate. Risotto with asparagus, sweetbreads, prime rib cooked over a wood fire like all the other meats, the cuisine is traditional and family-style, with occasional international touches (West Indian or Asian dishes). Summer is all about barbecues. A beautiful country address for the lucky visitor.
