La Maison Bleue is the perfect place to recharge your batteries. Housed in a restored former cloister, access to the sumptuous rooms is via a flower-filled loggia. The garden, a veritable showcase of greenery, invites you to relax in peace and quiet, or by the pool. Original concept: Frédérique, the owner, runs a secondhand goods store that doubles as a tea room, Papilles et Pampilles. In 2022, an adjoining gîte opened its doors. With 3 bedrooms for up to 8 people, it offers access to the swimming pool.

Villereal is a little gem. Very medieval.

Vintage atmosphere but comfortable and practical at the same time.There is all you need in the room,bathroom.
Breakfast was sufficient (bread,croissants and yogurt were really tasty).
Very old period building covered in creeping vines, but rooms are spacious, modern decor and air conditioned.
Breakfast in a delightful outside courtyard (shaded in the morning).
50mtrs to shops, restaurants and bars in the square.
Lovely market on Saturday morning in the square.
The owners even provided a taxi service to Bergerac Airport on Sunday.. (€70 compared to €120 quote from a Bergerac taxi service).. ????????????
