Villa Dolia has a new chef! In this small corner of Sicily right in the heart of Villeneuve-sur-Lot, activent Dario, authentic Sicilian, his wife Stefania and their team, led by the dynamic Jacinte. Once you arrive, you will be greeted with warmth by a resounding Buon Giorno! from Jacinte or Stefania, which will show you the little care for you throughout the meal. Petit Smart was enchanted by its parmigiana di melanzane (rolled aubergines with mozzarella, ham, Neapolitan and basil sauce), followed by scaloppina al marsala (veau calf in marsala, creamy mushroom sauce), while his friend certain with a mishmash di adjacent (hot goat, Parma ham, Sicilian caponata) and de villanova (aumonières stuffed with ham). Parma, ceps sauce, grilled magret and fatty liver chips, before ending with absolutely exceptional gourmet coffees! It is Italy's generosity that finds itself on your plate, in a pleasant setting with soft colors, the accent singing and Italian music. In summer, the terrace is inviting on the quiet street.
