A friendly restaurant offering seasonal cuisine based on fresh, local produce, a good address in Valenciennes.
In early 2023, Olivia and Christophe Marlière launched L'Instant Gourmand. But don't be fooled into thinking they're newcomers to the business - Christophe has been in the business for over 30 years! This passionate cook likes to work with fresh, local produce... and of course, the taste is just right! The menu evolves with the seasons and the chef's inspirations: one thing's for sure, you'll never eat the same thing. In terms of decor, the place is friendly and well appointed, without overdoing it. A place to discover!

Vos papilles seront perpétuellement en éveil avec de tels plats.
L'ambiance est cosy, on s'y sent très bien.
On sent le chef très passionné et impliqué dans sa cuisine et proche de ses clients, il n'hésite pas à venir à table pour savoir si tout se passe bien et pour vous expliquer comment il cuisine ses produits .
Nous avons passé une excellente soirée et nous y retournerons à coup sûr ????
