There is no fixed menu here, the menu is limited and changes every two or three days depending on the arrival of the products and the inspiration of Chef Louis in the kitchen. After the meal, you have the possibility to return to the living room or to the terrace. It is then time to enjoy a good coffee or a digestive. The service is remarkable, and the cuisine offered is at once inventive, tasty, generous and nuanced.
