The superb Auberge du Forgeron is the region's last remaining charming inn and a gastronomic Mecca! It's a harmonious blend of bistro-estaminet and gourmet restaurant. On the one hand, a warm, friendly atmosphere with wooden banquettes and collectables reminiscent of the region. On the other, a secretive, refined ambience lulled by candlelight. Rien a dire sur la qualité des 3 plats, très bons, super rapport qualité prix pour la partie bistrot. Petit bémol, le service dura tt de même 2h mais nous étions 10 et la salle était pleine un midi en semaine.
