BRASSERIE SAINT-SYLVESTRE

It is one of the most emblematic breweries in the region. Its flagship product, Trois-Monts was launched in 1985. It takes its name from the hills surrounding the village where it is produced: Mount Kassel, Récollets mount and cats mount. This family brewery has gone through all the hardships of history. She has been a member of the Ricour family since 1920. It was then transferred to the Dehaene family. Proud of its traditions, the brewery has a real success in the region, France, and increasingly abroad.
