A charming hotel with sauna and restaurant in the heart of Roubaix.

Located in the heart of Roubaix, just 15 minutes from Lille, this hotel has plenty of charm. The Art Deco-style building is magnificent, with its moldings, columns and stained-glass windows. The rooms evoke well-being and tranquility. First good point: excellent bedding. Second: children are welcome (family suites for 4, adapted breakfast, kid's corner for playing...). Finally, the decor - uncluttered but colorful, and certainly not very personalized - has the merit of being pleasing to the eye. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms, TVs and free Wi-Fi. There's also a sauna and a restaurant. The venue is also suitable for conferences, meetings, etc.

The hotel charged me twice. The receptionist couldn't arrange a refund and told me that they will clear it internally and I would receive a transfer. Till now I have not received anything. Also any request that I sent so far has just been ignored. I understand that a mistake can happen. But it is incomprehensible that the Hotel is not willing to correct the mistake. That borders on fraud

Faites attention à vos affaires personnelles dans cet hôtel !!! On m'a volé de l'argent de ma valise, il n'y avait pas de coffre fort dans la chambre ce qui est étonnant dans un 4*... Le pire dans toute l'histoire c'est la non chalence des responsables de l'hôtel quand j'ai annoncé le vol de mon argent...

chambre Pmr !! Pas d'entrée pour les personnes à mobilité réduite à l'exception du parking qu'il faut payer 10€ ou alors par une porte dérobée à l'arrière de l'hôtel !! C'est honteux pour un hôtel 4 étoiles !
Quant à la chambre : lit soit disant king size ! Plutôt un lit normal 140x200 ! Dans une chambre Pmr , vous êtes censé faire le tour du lit en fauteuil roulant selon le handicap de la personne, dans le cas présent, dans l'obligation de pousser le lit d'un côté pour pouvoir faire mon transfert !! Inadmissible ! Salle de bain ! Que dire : douche à l'italienne effectivement avec un siège cependant pas de barre de soutien ni à droite ni à gauche !! Que l'on m'explique comment vous prenez appui pour vous relever ! En conséquence, j'ai du quitter votre hôtel sans y passer la nuit! Du coup, j'ai perdu un nuit + 2 petits déjeuners !! .Il serait bien de faire un geste commercial devant tous ces points négatifs !!

Belle surprise. Jolie façade mais surtout bel intérieur, apparemment en finalisation de rénovation. Hôtel à sa place entre le 5 et le 3 étoiles.
Pt déjeuner un peu élevé mais copieux et varié. Emplacement parfait pour rayonner. Je reviendrai.
