Le Mr de l'accueil était vraiment gentil, calme, prévenant, au top. Je recommande cette endroit, mes enfants et moi étions satisfait. Le métro est juste en face de l'hôtel et à côté de la gare de Roubaix ce qui est fort pratique.

Très bien, l'accueil était parfait. La chambre était propre sauf une chose, les toilettes étaient vraiment pleine de tartre mais entièrement fonctionnelle. Calme et bien placé mais pas de parking. Les stationnements publique sont assez libre dans les environs. Attention pas de stationnement devant l'hôtel pour éviter les mauvaises surprises.
