Half way between modernism and tradition, this restaurant with terrace and garden works its style. A warm setting, a red and black trend and a resolutely traditional and regional base, the result of a flawless bourgeois kitchen. Special care is given to each dish, both in the presentation and in the flavours. The choice is wide: potjevleesch, waterzoï, burbot to leeks or endives, homemade foie gras… As for the wine list, she also leaves a dreamer with some 200 references including a good half of the vintage Bordeaux.
