Beneath its industrial-zone brasserie exterior, Carpe Diem is in reality a bistronomic restaurant that offers a true culinary escape thanks to its original, refined and tasty offerings, renewed every month. The quality, presentation and cuisine of the products are exceptional: it's top-of-the-range. How about a veal steak, creamed burnt corn, stuffed zucchini and reduced jus for lunch? Followed by a nougat glacé, caramelized hazelnuts and salted butter caramel for a sweet finish to the meal, of course!

J'ai adoré la qualité des mets est remarquable. Chaque plat est élaboré avec soin, mettant en valeur la créativité du chef !

Une valeur sûre pour la qualité des plats et la convivialité du service. Nous y sommes allés plusieurs fois et avons toujours été satisfaits (surtout les vendredis soirs d'été pour y déguster les côtes à l'os).
