mais le pire : filet mignon au cidre , aucune maitrise de la cuisson , moi qui est adepte de la cuisson basse température et étant chef de cuisine.
sec comme pas possible !!! et je cherche encore la sauce au cidre .... Même en le faisant exprès, je ne pense pas rater une cuisson comme ça !!!!
