This small restaurant shines in its desire to introduce the flavours of a strong cheese. On the menu, you will find some nice dishes. Of course, the traditional flamiche with maroilles is part of the menu, with other more classic dishes (roast chicken and maroilles sauce, costado de cochon au genièvre de Houlle, pastilla maroillaise...). Taste, character, what a treat! The Tasting Menu is highly recommended and ensures pleasure with every bite. Special mention to the T-Bone of veal and its Coca-Cola sauce. Bon appétit!
