A restaurant offering a completely home-made cuisine, focusing on local products worked by the chef.
In Malincourt, in the southern part of the North, there is an address taken over in 2016 by a local child, Émilie Lenoir. With her partner and chef Elisha Carter, they took on the challenge of reviving this restaurant located in a former farmhouse where Spanish horses were raised - hence the name! With an emphasis on local products and homemade cuisine, the challenge has been met: tripe, pollack, poultry fricassee and veal squares are just waiting to be tasted, accompanied by a succulent dessert.

Restaurant très agréable à contempler.. Équipe sympathique, à l'écoute et essaie de satisfaire la clientèle... Repas savoureux, produits frais.. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de repas dans la semaine..

Excellent restaurant, personnels chaleureux, à l'écoute, très bon accueil, excellent repas, bien dosé, des produits d'excellent qualité ! Un moment inoubliable pour une journée exceptionnelle ! Bravo et Merci. Tout ce qui a été présenté était très bon. je le recommande

La cuisine raffinée, l' accueil chaleureux et le service efficace ont recueilli les éloges unanimes de notre groupe de 60 personnes. Une halte gourmande à recommander absolument dans le cadre d'une escapade en Cambresis!
