LE RELAIS DE L ECHAUGUETTE

An address well known to the inhabitants of Rues-des-Vignes, where it is good to eat: it is the Relais de l'Echauguette. Here, honor is given to the gastronomy of the North and to its typical dishes, sometimes revisited with a certain talent: chicon velouté, caramelized apples and bacon chips, chicken crispy with maroilles cheese, burger with smoked Cambrai cheese or the classic (and famous) Flemish carbonade appear on the menu, which is itself regularly renewed.
