Christine Blas welcomes you in her typical estaminet de ch'Nord, in front of the Matisse museum. The menus announced on the blackboards will put you from the start the water al'boucque! Of course, there are many specialties of the region such as flamiche with maroilles, andouillette with avesnoise, potjevleesh... Otherwise there are also dishes punctuated by the daily market of the chef. A friendly atmosphere and a nice old-fashioned decor! Very good value for money and a sure value in Cateau-Cambrésis, not to be missed if you are looking for authenticity.

L'ambiance d'un estaminet avec une déco "d'époque". La cuisine est excellente, difficile de choisir dans toutes les spécialités tellement elles sont plus tentantes les unes que les autres. Le service est irréprochable.

Profitez d'une gastromie locale généreuse et goûteuse, dans un estaminet qui n'a pas grand chose à envier à un musée du terroir. En gros, on y flatte ses papilles et on en prend plein les yeux ! C'est ainsi un endroit chaleureux que je vous conseille vivement pour bien manger et découvrir le Cateau Cambresis.
