Even though L'Arbre lost its Michelin star in 2018, this gourmet restaurant has lost neither quality nor charm, and the chef at its helm, the young Saïd Ben Belkacem, is not to blame. His cuisine is beautiful, inventive and above all instinctive. The chef works mainly with local and seasonal products, which he sublimates with surprising seasonings that awaken the taste buds. His dishes are superb. Try the surprise menu with a wine and food pairing to fully enjoy this cuisine with flavours that excite the senses.

Après un changement de chef j’étais curieuse de voir si le niveau avait changé, on reste sur un très bon restaurant gastronomique! L’ambiance est calme et ça fait plaisir! Grosse recommandation sur l’accord mets et vins, le sommelier est TOP, le choix des vins était excellent! On y retournera !
