Erected above a river, this splendid property is located in a park of 5 ha for a quiet stay in the nature.

Nestled in a 5-hectare wooded estate rich in biodiversity and featuring a pond, this beautiful residence straddles the Avance river. The owners offer bed and breakfast accommodation in the mill or in one of the three charming, comfortable chalets in the grounds. All rooms overlook the river. The Hélène suite stands out with its 2 bedrooms and living room with balcony. The covered, heated swimming pool is open all year round. Breakfast is included for the rooms, and extra for the gîtes. Meal trays available.

Un lieu de vie et de ressource incroyable ! Un accueil très agréable de la part de jean-pierre et de son intendant ! J'y ai passé un instant partagé trop court ! J'espère y revenir... Les chalets sont tops, rien à dire. Je vous recommande ce lieu +++++ rien de mieux que d'aller voir par soit même. L'endroit permet de s'offrir une parenthèse de bonheur pour tous les budgets. Un clin d'oeil particulier aux ânes et à Laurent.
