Erected above a river, this splendid property is located in a park of 5 ha for a quiet stay in the nature.

Nestled in a 5-hectare wooded estate rich in biodiversity and featuring a pond, this beautiful residence straddles the Avance river. The owners offer bed and breakfast accommodation in the mill or in one of the three charming, comfortable chalets in the grounds. All rooms overlook the river. The Hélène suite stands out with its 2 bedrooms and living room with balcony. The covered, heated swimming pool is open all year round. Breakfast is included for the rooms, and extra for the gîtes. Meal trays available.

Le moulin est un site reposant, arboré avec ses animaux et bien entretenu.
Le gîte est bien équipé pour passer un agréable séjour.
La piscine est un plus sous les grosses chaleurs !
Je conseille cet établissement.

Que dire d'autre que c'est un endroit magnifique, apaisant où l'on peut se ressourcer en toute quiétude. Le propriétaire des lieux vous accueille avec gentillesse et bienveillance. Vous pourrez aussi, après avoir fait un petit coucou aux ânes, chevres, poules, carpes amour, vous délasser dans une très belle piscine chauffée à 33° ... bref on a plus envie de repartir de
ce lieu envoûtant à voir absolument.
