Some examples: entry: Fresh Saint-Jacques walnuts, ceps, fatty liver shavings or charolais beef tartare with hazelnut oil knife, and hazelnuts, extra mimolette copeaux, boskoop apple. Dish: Black Angus Beef Tab, true shallot and tarragon beef juice, frites, knife and salad or turbot fillet, yellow wine cream, bears of bears and nuts. Sometimes some exotic influences. The desserts card also gives you great envy. All these good things are to be accompanied by a (bio) wine advised by Marion who provides an adorable service. It is recommended.
