Bistronomic cuisine by Laurent Cauchy in a fish and seafood restaurant in Fournes-en-Weppes.
Behind the stoves of L'Écaille is chef Laurent Cauchy (also chef of La Table du Colysée). Eager to open a restaurant that would give pride of place to seafood products, he threw himself into the adventure, and did well: his second address has been a success for 5 years!
And with good reason: this demanding chef masters to perfection the culinary techniques that enable him to sublimate his fresh produce. You can feel it in his dishes! Come and treat yourself to a place as warm and friendly as its creator, and save room for dessert...

Tres bon restaurant de poissons. Réservé aux amateurs de poissons. Carte minime pour les viandes ce qui est normal. Bonne présentation des plats.

Le cadre de l'Écaille est tout à fait plaisant.Bien décoré et joli.

Le restaurant est très beau (charmant et atypique), l'accueil est convivial et le service très agreable.
L'hygiène est impeccable.
La salle est calme et les tables sont correctement aérées (on ne se sent pas collé au voisin)
Rien à redire.
La qualité de la nourriture mérite un 10/10 sans hésitation.
La carte est variée et tout donne envie.
Cuisine fine et joliment présentée, à l'image du cadre.
Le vin excellent également, je recommande le St nicolas que j'ai choisi.
Nous étions pressé et nous avions une heure de départ : le chrono a été tenu.
Rapport qualite/prix très bon par rapport à la qualité de la prestation.
Je recommande sans hésiter, nous reviendrons !
