The Arborescence restaurant is located in Croix, on the former Edgar textile site not far from the train station. Here, chef Félix Robert and his wife Nidta, sommelier, invite you to discover a free-spirited, joyful gastronomic cuisine that explores ingredients, tastes, words and colors, andabove all is inspired by seafood and plants. We prepare menus ranging from 3 to 8 sequences, accompanied by a selection of wines from trusted winemakers .The restaurant, with its two private dining rooms for groups of 20 to 40 people, can also cater for your private or business events. Reservations can be made up to 2 months in advance.
Les propositions de vin se mariaient parfaitement avec les entrées et les plats. Bien qu'annoncé en 3 services, on enchaine les bouchées apéritives, les dégustations en plusieurs étapes et le repas se prolonge pour plus de plaisir.
Grande maîtrise dans la réalisation des plats et les papilles s'éveillent à chaque bouchée.
Service de qualité et bienveillance de la part de tout le personnel.
Toujours agréable de pouvoir échanger avec le chef a la fin du repas pour avoir nos ressentis et encore mieux comprendre les plats.
