L'Éphémère is the newborn of Maison Demarcq, a must-see address in Cambrai. In addition to its gastronomic table, the caterer has opened a brasserie to put the taste of yesteryear back into its plates. From chicon gratin to grandpa Alexandre's homemade andouillette, including vol-au-vent with chicken and rice "like the one on Sunday", the restaurant owner's goal is to bring you back to your childhood, in front of your grandmother's good little dishes.
