Here is an institution for all chocolate and fine pastry lovers since 1996. Some customers nostalgic for their childhood also come from far away, taking advantage of a visit to the North, in particular to taste the house speciality: the Saint-Winoc. But the pastry chef also knows how to renew the flavours and offers original creations. The shop has even created a speciality that is a nod to Dany Boon's film: Biloute's Belfry, an almond biscuit, praline cream, speculoos biscuit and milk chocolate icing.
