Super Hotel! Ik had een geweldig verblijf in het hotel. De kamer is koel ondanks de hitte van buiten. Het hotel is schoon en ondanks de beperkte kaart is er een manier om goed te eten. Dankzij Morgane voor haar geweldige ontvangst is het een onschuld.

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt. Die Mitarbeiter waren so freundlich, dass man ein schönes Gefühl hatte, als sei man zu Hause. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war auch lecker und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Dieses Hotel wird vom Herzen betrieben und das merkt man. Mein kleiner Sohn hat in der Eingangshalle sogar Spielzeug hingestellt bekommen, damit er etwas spielen kann. Die Lage ist etwas doof, In einem Industriegebiet, aber der See hinterm Hotel, der direkt von der Terrasse zu sehen ist und nur ein paar Meter entfernt ist, macht das weg und mit dem Auto erreicht man alles ganz schnell. Wir haben zum Strand 16 Minuten gebraucht mit dem Auto. Das ist voll in Ordnung. Dieses Hotel war eine sehr gute Wahl. Vielen Dank

Quite a bleak hotel, without A/C (or fans), unhelpful and uninterested staff and - at least for our stay - no food beyond prepackaged snacks as the chef was "on holiday". The lack of A/C meant the only way to cool the room was to leave your window open which subsequently led to the room filling with cigarette smoke from those puffing away immediately outside.

Despite serving little purpose other than as a staging post for those travelling to and from the UK via Dunkerque port, the staff spoke little functional English (despite a sign behind the desk saying "We speak English"). This was particularly problematic in our case as we needed assistance from the staff regarding a broken-down vehicle. They were utterly uninterested in helping, even when our request was translated via an intermediary.

Just grim. Like staying in an industrial estate from the 1960s and with staff who mentally logged out about the same time. Unacceptable compared to the rest of the market, whether boutique or chain.

Pour le rapport qualité prix pas vraiment top pour un restaurant de cette gamme des brasserie avec des prix beaucoup plus bas sont de meilleurs qualité

Très long entre les plats. C’était froid, décevant car les produits ont l’air de qualité. Service très peu présent. Le tarif n’est pas du tout mérité. Je n’y retournerai pas.
