La Chèvre de Mathilde is a goat farm with around thirty Alpine and Saanen goats. Mathilde and Laurent raise their animals in the open air. They are fed with hay and cereals produced on the farm. The goat farm produces a variety of fresh and mature goat cheeses, as well as yoghurts and ice creams. Products are sold directly from the farm, at local markets and in some of the region's delicatessens. The farm follows the principles of biodynamic agriculture.
