Charming little house in a country setting ideal for small budgets in Saint-Maurin.
St Maurin is a faraway little charming village and due to its isolation, it could hardly keep travellers in a hurry. Petit Futé has once more crossed the boundary of the department to satisfy his curiosity. It is still bluffed by the beauty and old stones of the village. We were quite surprised to discover a place to stay in the heart of the city. Within walking distance of the abbey, Eliane Trojan welcomes you in her charming house. The decor is, of course, a little outdated but you will quickly forget it listening to the hostess to tell you the history of the mill in which she lives and the many trips that she made throughout her life. The rooms are well-maintained. The only downside: not all have their own bathroom, and those who do not manage to take down in this rural setting, will find the television only in the large triple room. Ideal address for small budgets seeking authenticity.
