An oenologist by trade, Muriel trained for 20 years in winemaking mechanisms before acquiring her own estate. A woman of character, she produces wines in her own image: "natural and without make-up" as she likes to explain. Her 7 hectares of vines are all in one piece, on a clay-limestone terroir near Montauban. Certified organic since 2018, the vines are grassed and are between 15 and 50 years old. There are several grape varieties: Chardonnay and Sauvignon for the whites, Cabernet Franc, Syrah, Merlot, Tannat, Abourriou for the reds.

Ses vins respire le Terroir et cela sent superbement les coteaux d'ici, l'air vivifiant de cette région.
