Cathy and Jean-Marie Le Bihan created their vineyard in 1997. For them, the spirit of terroir is paramount. Yields are not part of their philosophy. They work their vines organically and biodynamically, harvesting by hand. No yeast or enzymes are added before maturing in vats. Bottles are available in classic or magnum format.
