Leider eine heftige Enttäuschung. Ich hatte ein Deluxe Dreibettzimmer über booking gebucht und bestätigt bekommen. Bei einem Anruf einen Tag vor Anreise wurde uns gesagt, daß wir nur ein Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett gebucht hätten, und kein extra Bett im Zimmer wäre. Absolut dreist und unverschämt. Da ich mit einem Kollegen gekommen wäre und wir natürlich uns nicht ein Bett teilen wollten, sind wir deshalb nicht angereist. Das Hotel war ansonsten ausgebucht. Da das Zimmer bereits bezahlt war, gab es auch keine Rückerstattung. Hier niemals wieder!!

Personnel sympathique et disponible. L’espace SPA est très complet, spacieux et très agréable. L’emplacement est parfait : proche de Strasbourg mais au calme en périphérie.
Les chambres sont très simples, juste le nécessaire mais le lit très bruyant.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet établissement. La chambre était propre avec un petit balcon, le lit confortable. Le spa super, nous avons pu en profiter pleinement. Le parking très pratique. Et la localisation de l'hôtel pratique pour visiter les alentours. Une bonne adresse que je partagerais avec plaisir !

Nous avons dormi dans une chambre au 3 ème à côté de l'ascenseur qui couine et qui tape a l'arrivée : il fallait pas compter dormir apres 7h...
On ns demande de préciser l'heure du petit déjeuner pour qu'au final il n'y ai plus grand chose et attendre 10 minutes pour qu'ils remettent en place. (13€ c'est cher pour le petit déjeuner!)
Malgré tt ça l'hôtel est sympathique, confortable et propre.
Espace piscine jacuzzi hammam sauna super sympa !
