Nous avions commander des plats pour le 31 décembre
La purée truffée n'avait aucune truffe.
Goût insipide ; c'était simplement de la purée mousseline sans odeur ni goût de truffe.
Les desserts très décevant aussi. La bûche mandarine dulcey, sans parfum de mandarine et crème trop grasse.
Nous sommes très très déçu par ce traiteur
Les équipes tant à Caussade qu à Septfonds sont professionnelles et accueillantes.
