Dominique Vigneau's team presents a menu rich in flavor. Fish and meat are served with delicious seasonal vegetables. The unmissable cassoulet with three meats - smoked breast, duck sleeve, Toulouse sausage and pork cheek - is sure to tantalize your taste buds! As for the desserts, they're copious and delicious. What's more, the welcome is warm and the bill quite reasonable. A recommended address to spend a delicious moment with family or friends.

Samedi 29 avec mon poteau Alex arrêt a l'auberge du moulin à castel sarrasin , j'ai fait connaissance des patrons en revenant de pamiers, bon c'est de ça famille mais franchement un cadre super et des gens super accueillant et un repas excellent, alors si vous passez par là, n'hésitez pas arrêtez vous pour vous donner une idée qui ne vous décevra pas !!!
