400,000 years ago, the first men were already shaping this estate, where flints cut by their own hands have been found at the foot of the vines. Cultivated since the 12th century, the vines fully anchor Domaine Bouissel in the region's winegrowing history. Situated on the highest terrace of the Tarn, it extends over 25 hectares cultivated with respect for the environment. The organic wines come in red, rosé and white. The estate also produces AOP Fronton wines, and has received several awards reflecting the quality and authenticity of its cuvées.
