Wines and spirits Lavaur

The renaissance of the Domaine d'En Segur is due to the famous pharmacist Pierre Fabre. He acquired the land in 1989 and decided to replant the vineyard. Since 2017, oenologist Lionel Barre has been in charge of the estate. The vines are planted overhanging the Agout river, on terraces of gravel covered with silt and pebbles. The fruit of this crossroads of Mediterranean and oceanic influences, the domaine produces powerful red, rosé, dry white and sweet wines. The domaine has its own cellar and online store.

At Accord DiVin, wine lovers and specialists alike will find what they are looking for. Located in the Cauquillous area, the cellar highlights winegrowers from the region, from other French terroirs and from abroad. Carefully selected, the bottles are chosen by the team for their respect of nature and soils, as well as for their diversity. Most of them are from organic and biodynamic agriculture.
