One of France's largest orchards in the heart of the Pays de Cocagne: over 200 hectares devoted to the production of apples and cherries, using traditional organic farming methods. Seven different apple juices are produced. The traditional one is a blend of three apple varieties (granny, golden and braeburn), giving a subtle taste of fresh apples; other varieties include cherry apple, granny, golden, braeburn, pink lady... For the festive season, Fonti'bubbles makes apple juice sparkling.

The renaissance of the Domaine d'En Segur is due to the famous pharmacist Pierre Fabre. He acquired the land in 1989 and decided to replant the vineyard. Since 2017, oenologist Lionel Barre has been in charge of the estate. The vines are planted overhanging the Agout river, on terraces of gravel covered with silt and pebbles. The fruit of this crossroads of Mediterranean and oceanic influences, the domaine produces powerful red, rosé, dry white and sweet wines. The domaine has its own cellar and online store.
