The well-eater has its reference address in the heart of old Pujols with a creative, vegan, organic and local cuisine.
Taken over in 2023 by Gentiane (of neighboring crêperie "Pianothé") and her daughter Lana, "Le Maka" has abandoned its concept of organic, plant-based recipes in favor of bistro-style cuisine with a strong local accent. Meats take pride of place: entrecôte maturée, duck leg confit, whole duck breast, duck or beef burger. A few pizzas have also been added to the menu. Red fruit crumble, strawberry pavlova and chocolate fondant are just some of the desserts on offer. The terrace facing the church of Saint-Nicolas is great in summer.
