Francis, assisted by his daughter Charlotte, is a connoisseur in wine and as a result: from 2011 St. Michel's Square to Cordes-sur-Ciel, in its small cellar-restaurant shop, open all year round, it is a pleasure to report stories of the Gaillac vineyards while offering you a generous tasting to turn your taste buds. A rare selection and very beautiful bottles of South-West wine, Burgundy and of course the gaillacois country accessible for all the scholarships. There are also some artisanal spirits, and an interesting variety of whiskies.

Bronze medalist for the first time in 2015 at the Salon de l'Agriculture, for his semi-cooked foie gras, Serge Barras, is a specialist in the field. Raised in the open air in Bournazel, his mulard ducks are fed on GMO-free feed, with respect for the product. The shop offers tastings and invites you to discover foie gras, cassoulet, duck confit, stuffed neck and some new products such as persillade of gizzards or duck tapenade. A sure value!
