Raised in the open air in Bournazel, his mulard ducks are fed on GMO-free feed, with respect for the product. The shop offers tastings and invites you to discover foie gras, cassoulet, duck confit, stuffed neck and some new products such as persillade of gizzards or duck tapenade. A sure value!

Une belle rencontre avec cet éleveur de cannards passionné par son métier. C'est lui qui gave son élevage et qui cuisine tous ces délices : foie gras, terrines, conserves. De l'authentique !

Nous avons été très bien acceuillis, très sympatique, nous avons même pu gouter avant d'acheter. Nous avons pris une tapenade, excellente! Avec un bon rapport qualité-prix, je conseille fortement!!!

Paramos en este precioso pueblo y entramos en esta tienda de foie gras. Convencidos por la señora que nos atendió, magníficamente, con las explicaciones del producto, todo artesanal, compramos un pack de 3 variedades. De momento hemos probado 2, y son sencillamente espectaculares.
