Since 1964, Les Fermiers Occitans has been bringing together producers to offer their quality, traditional products. Cheesemakers, butchers, brewers, charcutiers, breeders... Their transformation work is regularly rewarded with medals at the Concours Général Agricole in Paris. Labelled Saveur Terroir Sud-Ouest, from rabbit to duck, not forgetting the specialities of the South-West (cassoulet, terrines, rillettes...), the products on the shelves will delight you in the Castres store, but also in Albi, Labruguière or Lescure-d'Albigeois.

Magasin spécialisé dans le canard. Qualité et prix sont au rdv.Mais vous pouvez trouver des cassoulets aux cacahuètes ou différents types de cassoulets. Fabrication des aliments transformés à Montauban, Labruguière étant le laboratoire du canard et le magasin de Castres vend le tout.????
