Here are delicious white truffle chips, tuber borchii, white truffle, little sister of tuber magnatum, the powerful alba truffle to which it doesn't leave much margin in terms of flavor and power on the nose and palate. It does, however, have one advantage over the white alba truffle, namely a length on the palate that the latter doesn't possess. You'll find the same complex aromas of garlic and fresh artichokes . 50g of tuber borchii and its brine should also be eaten, either together or after draining.

During this meal, we propose dishes that highlight the different seasons and flavors of truffles.
We guarantee that no added flavoring will be used in any of our dishes.
