Lionel, a registered rôtisseur, is involved in the Albi covered Market. He has just opened a box dedicated to tasting the products sold here, with a large counter and some match tables. The toast plate (fowl, fowl or croustelous) is unanimous. From fish fish comes the smoked salmon base (9 € 100 g) or 6 oysters (7,50 €); the dessert of the day is chosen according to the mood of the pâtisssière on the left: crisp or galette of kings (3 €). The price is pretty nice and there, at least, no doubt the provenance of the products!
