Pastel decoration, trendy music, a chic and relaxed atmosphere, Le Lit Bleu is undoubtedly one of the trendy addresses in the city of Tarn. It could almost go unnoticed due to its location but its superb terrace has the gift of attracting the eye. Once you pass through the door, you will be surprised by a pleasant surprise. The establishment is design and contemporary, comfortable and warm, it is a well-crafted cocoon. The bar, in the centre of the room, enlivens the premises and waters the parties with delicious nectars. Many customers come to perch on the large chairs of the counter to discover the cocktails and tapas of the house. As for the restaurant's menu, it has the merit of being rich in proposal and original, even if in the realization this one is the victim of some approximations, in particular on the cooking side...

Personnellement, j'ai adoré ce que j'ai mangé. J'ai pris le menu à 35€ avec gambas et ananas rôti, la seiche qui était parfaitement cuite et un baba au rhum fantastique. (Apparemment faut éviter le banoffee qui n'en est pas vraiment un, faut arrêter les déstructurés lol)
Ceci dit, 35€ (+6€ un verre de vin et 10€ une piña colada, soit 51€), ça reste cher, si le service était correct, passe encore mais là...
Bien que sympathiques, les employés ne sont pas au point, voir un peu perchés parfois. Nous avons été servis mais avons dû attendre le pain et l'eau un moment par exemple.
Donc j'espère que cet aspect va s'améliorer car je reviendrais avec plaisir.
