Restaurant proposing a local cuisine of a good quality/price ratio in Albi.
This establishment has a very special atmosphere: an adjacent bar where customers rush to have a drink or a coffee, while chatting because here everyone knows each other. Small restaurant by the size but big by the heart, both in terms of service and quality/price ratio. On the wall, the advertising posters and the bar accentuate the bistro side. Thierry, the chef, sends frog legs, pork knuckle with cumin, the hollow pt'i... An address with a local cuisine made with market products, all in a very franchouillard spirit as we like.

J’essaye d’être constructif mais c’est pas facile
Entrée: correcte, copieuse et belle découverte du farcou
Plat : j’ai pris une escalope milanaise, j’avais demandé sans estragon et bien sûr j’en avais, les pâtes était cuite cuite archi cuite, lorsque j’ai demandé une sauce on m’a répondu « j’ai pas de sauce » !!! Ne me dites pas qu’il n’y a pas de sauce c’est ps possible dans un restaurant
Dessert: enfin du positif belle découverte de la profiterole revisité
Malheureusement dans l’assiette de fromage j’avais du brie sécher et jauni par le temp je pense
Bravo !!
Pour être pointilleuse une lumière un petit peu tamisée serait chouette avec un fond d’Edith Piaf
