Albi is home to sculptor Guy Gendrot. Passionate about art, particularly metal and glass, he creates furniture and lighting inspired by Art Nouveau. His aim is to design unique pieces, combining functionality, comfort and aesthetics, to break away from the standardization imposed by industrial production. In addition to his work creating furniture and objets d'art, Guy Gendrot also specializes in traditional wrought ironwork, creating custom-made railings, banisters, pergolas and staircases. All his creations are protected under intellectual property law.
