In 2018, two wine-loving friends Laurent Marre and Francois Sudreau joined forces to create the Le Vent des Jours estate on the high plateaus of the Cahors appellation. Their wine, worked in biodynamics, fully reflects the freshness and finesse of the Jurassic limestone soils that make up their estate. Lavender, olive trees and beehives are also found there, a harmony that offers the vine a naturally rich environment for a quality grape.
