The most eastern wine estate in the Lot valley, at the confluence of the Lot and Célé rivers, established for over 140 years on these lands, the property belongs to Vincent Dols, agricultural engineer and oenologist. Vincent perpetuates the family tradition by offering wines made from 12 grape varieties grown on 18 hectares: 1 cuvée Tradition (60% merlot, 20% cabernet franc and 20% malbec), 1 cru Sémenole blanc (60% chardonnay and 40% sauvignon blanc) and 1 sweet white wine made from 100% chenin, ideal for accompanying foie gras and as an aperitif To be discovered!

Biscuits

The 5th generation has taken over the biscuit factory with its 35 old recipes. Crunchy almond biscuits, walnut cake (PDO Périgord), chestnut bites... Without colouring, with a flour from the Lot and walnuts from the Périgord PDO, the Delfour family offers us a quality of yesteryear that can be discovered in their museum shop. Without forgetting the Maryleine, the flagship product of the house with its unique taste whose secret of the family recipe is passed down from generation to generation.

Welcome to a unique farm born from Marie and Hervé's passion for nature, plants and a certain return to the simplicity of the land. In this extraordinary garden, the flowers are edible (and delicious), they are eaten fresh of course but also dried in herbal tea where they are sometimes associated with herbs grown on site and plants from the wild. A saffron farm and a market garden complete the offer.
