Domaines viticoles Trespoux-Rassiels

A perfect compromise between the supple and fruity aromas of Merlot and the full-bodied personality of Cahors. A real basket of red fruits, matured in oak barrels for an exceptional wine, undeniably for laying down. Created in the 1970s, these 4.5 hectares of vines were bought in 2003 by Eric Treuillé and Rosie Kindersley to be cultivated organically. The wine is sold in the wine stores of Cahors, Paris and Toulouse, and is also shipped to Germany and Great Britain. Wine, a universal language.

Mas Del Périé is located on the highest slopes of Cahors at the junction of the terroirs of the Quercy hillsides and those of Cahors. This small family business produces four Cahors wines from 40-year-old plots of land that are worked with the greatest respect for the environment: mechanical tillage, biodynamism and organic farming for the Malbec grape variety (côt). On 27 hectares, Fabien Jouves produces a beautiful range of wines, each of which has its own character and bears the name of the parcel from which it comes.
