The ducks are force-fed on site and processed immediately, ensuring freshness and quality of the products. The shop has a fresh section for duck breasts, fresh foie gras, aiguillettes... Like any good grocery store that respects itself, other local products find their place on the shelves with Cahors wine, Rocamadour walnut cake, chestnut jam...
