They cook what's available in the gardens, and this gives them great creativity, where they like to mix traditional flavors with those from around the world: blanquette de veau de l'Aveyron in winter, eggplant parmigiana in summer, or pad thai, lemon chicken, zucchini terrine with fresh goat's cheese. In fine weather, enjoy the terrace under the plane trees.
